Bahia Principe Hotels app for iPhone and iPad

Actually, this app IS capable of displaying English. And Russian, German, French… It tells you almost everything you could want about your resort. Times the pool, bars and gym are open, what events are scheduled per day including where and when. The map is excellent! Lots of text info on the facilities and restaurants. Very impressed with the app! Works well on an iPhone 4S but even better on a iPad mini.

Lots of information and tells you when and where things are happening so you dont miss out!! You can switch to many other languages, its in settings (the three lines at the top left of the app, scroll down to where is says language:Spanish and click on it, gives you options to change!) Excellent app again, love it!!

Basic ideas of the app: + show all activities of the current and the upcoming days + show weather forecast + can be used for restaurant reservations + can be used to make appointments for the spa + can be used to find places within the hotels/ressorts Generally speaking a very good idea with helpful features. However, there is a lot to improve to really add value for the user: - all activities gotta be fed into this app which wasnt the case during my holiday. Only some activities could be found there, like Kidsclub and live music but no animation activities - there is no written information about where the activities will take place. You have to use the "compass" feature which is not very helpful - The "compass" feature works like that: the camera of your phone gets turned on and depending on the direction you see the name of places (like "restaurant xy") and how far away it is. However you still have no idea how to get there as there is no map available like one is used from navigation systems. - the weather forecast showed 4 days of rain during my 9 day stay, but it didnt rain once, not even on the current day where rain was forecast (I am not grumpy about the sunny weather but it shows that this feature isnt reliable) +/- Since I didnt use the app for appointments or reservations I cant say whether this feature works properly. Depending on the hotel/ressort you have booked data quality might differ and once they make some adjustments the app can become very helpful.

This App is not worth to download. It shows incorrect dates (weather), has useless buttons (room) and if you try restaurant reservations you will be not informed about the reason if it was not successful. Its crap!

i have both the iphone and droid versions. Will not let me sign into the app. Even the resort staff cant help. Just sits and spins the active icon.

Slow, errors, lagging. It’s a poorly written web wrapper of an app.

It would be better to have in english and spanish not just spanish
