Basic ideas of the app: + show all activities of the current and the upcoming days + show weather forecast + can be used for restaurant reservations + can be used to make appointments for the spa + can be used to find places within the hotels/ressorts Generally speaking a very good idea with helpful features. However, there is a lot to improve to really add value for the user: - all activities gotta be fed into this app which wasnt the case during my holiday. Only some activities could be found there, like Kidsclub and live music but no animation activities - there is no written information about where the activities will take place. You have to use the "compass" feature which is not very helpful - The "compass" feature works like that: the camera of your phone gets turned on and depending on the direction you see the name of places (like "restaurant xy") and how far away it is. However you still have no idea how to get there as there is no map available like one is used from navigation systems. - the weather forecast showed 4 days of rain during my 9 day stay, but it didnt rain once, not even on the current day where rain was forecast (I am not grumpy about the sunny weather but it shows that this feature isnt reliable) +/- Since I didnt use the app for appointments or reservations I cant say whether this feature works properly. Depending on the hotel/ressort you have booked data quality might differ and once they make some adjustments the app can become very helpful.

This App is not worth to download. It shows incorrect dates (weather), has useless buttons (room) and if you try restaurant reservations you will be not informed about the reason if it was not successful. Its crap!

i have both the iphone and droid versions. Will not let me sign into the app. Even the resort staff cant help. Just sits and spins the active icon.

Slow, errors, lagging. It’s a poorly written web wrapper of an app.

It would be better to have in english and spanish not just spanish

Actually, this app IS capable of displaying English. And Russian, German, French… It tells you almost everything you could want about your resort. Times the pool, bars and gym are open, what events are scheduled per day including where and when. The map is excellent! Lots of text info on the facilities and restaurants. Very impressed with the app! Works well on an iPhone 4S but even better on a iPad mini.

Lots of information and tells you when and where things are happening so you dont miss out!! You can switch to many other languages, its in settings (the three lines at the top left of the app, scroll down to where is says language:Spanish and click on it, gives you options to change!) Excellent app again, love it!!

The app is pretty good but it has no iOS 9 support, so every so often it crashes.

Could not Download while sitting in a wireless zone at the Bahia Principe golden lounge!? They use Kubiwireless from stone age, so I gave up after more than 30 minutes when it should take less than a minute to complete it...

Very poorly designed. Difficult to find the English version

Im in bed trying to make restaurant reservation and it just wont do it. It gives me no result for booking date and time. The sport section is in Spanish only. The app just doesnt seem to be working properly! Please fix so I can make my reservations.

How do you change the language?! TIA

The app is pretty good and impressive that it offer so many languages. It would be nice if the app remembered I chose English after closing it. I requires an Internet connection for it to fully work so if you are trying to use it while there make sure you are connected to the WiFi first allthough that is a seperate challange at times.

This is a great idea. Many of the BP resorts are huge. Theres a lot going on. This app could be SO helpful. But the map is not interactive. I was unable to book or change my restaurant booking using the app. Basically it has info, but isnt useful beyond that. Make it more interactive! The map should show me where I am! And how to get where Im going. There should be a telephone directory. Theres not one in my room, so it would have been helpful....

I have an upcoming vacation to Bahia Coba but this app does not show Riviera Maya hotels. Would like to have that corrected as I understand that you can make reservations through it. As well as location maps on the property. Thanks

It shows one on the ap store example but none after downloaded .

All Riviera Maya hotels are listed. Scroll down, select your resort, and proceed. Once you have chosen your hotel you can got to the lined box and the top left and change language. It will say Idioma: Espanol. Tap and change language. App is helpful. It would get 5 stars if you could use your booking number to pre book dining reservations prior to arrival. Maybe 1 or 2 weeks before arrival. It would give your guests the ability to check in on the day of arrival and immediately begin their vacation... Rather than waste time booking reservations in the lobby. Not to mention the slow lobby wifi. Hopefully it will be upgraded to support the guests when trying to use the app.
